Happy holiday to all of you who does, and this is my post form my hometown (finally coming home). I just hoped that this post is not an outdated topic.
OK then, here’s the story.

Radiohead just launched their new album entitled “In Rainbows”, well I’m not a fan of this group, but the way they marketize this new album kinda tickled me.

The album is currently available via website only. Like other online shopping, you will have to add the item into your basket, but here comes the interesting part, once it’s time to pay up the basket, you will meet a blank form under the price and a question mark right next to it. I then follow the question mark and landed me in a place which says “It’s up to you” with another query mark, and if you follow through you’ll be landed in a page saying “No Really, it’s up to you”.

So, this means you got to pay whatever you want to purchase this album. This is very interesting to me, and I think that this is a bold way to sell an album. Hoped that there will be a review on the revenue and buzzes.

And oh yeah, for those whose a big fan, disc-box is also available for pre-order for 40 Pounds.
